HOW WILL YOUR PURCHASE BE SHIPPED

Your purchase will be shipped via UPS in a box and/ or bag. Signature is not required unless UPS deems it necessary to obtain required signature.

FLAT RATE OF $15 ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA

WI offer a Flat Shipping Rate on orders of full priced items. Sale items are subject to ground rates. WI ship via UPS 3-5 business day (M-F) ground transportation. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO’s. Promotion is available to domestic US orders only and does not apply to International orders.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

WI offer 2-day, 3-day and overnight shipping to the contiguous US. Prices vary by item, weight and your address. Exact shipping charges will be confirmed with order. Expedited shipping costs can range between $40-$250 and will be confirmed with customer before order ships.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders typically ship the next Business Day. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will ship out on Monday. All orders can take up to 24 hours to process, in some circumstances it can be longer during peak season. Shipping timeframes are not based from the time of checkout but rather, when your order is confirmed and processed, in the “Ready to be Shipped” status.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

WI do our best to ensure timely deliveries on all orders. When selecting our free shipping or International shipping options, we are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasion, packages can arrive outside estimated timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WI ship to all International countries. WI do not send International packages as gifts.

Duties and Taxes- Please note, All International packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges such as, and not limited to, insurance, shipping, taxes and duties once your order arrives in your country. The limits for Duty-Free packages are established by your local Customs Authorities. Please check your local Customs website for more information.

RETURN POLICY + TERMS OF SALE

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

RETURNS — When purchasing merchandise from White Iris’s web site and/or physical store location, you will be asked to read, understand, and agree to the return policy as follows: we do not accept returns, offer store credits, or issue refunds of any kind. Due to the seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. Your online order cannot be completed unless you agree to these terms at checkout.

EXCHANGE — Dresses can be exchanged for different sizes and/or color if available. Customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees.

ELIGIBLE EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer must contact White Iris to request for Exchange within 4 days (including weekends/ holidays) of the delivery of your order at at whiteirisdress@gmail or call 219.558.0466.

  • Dresses must be shipped back via FEDEX or UPS. Post Office returns will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping label and return shipping charges.

  • Dress must be in same condition as received with original tags attached or subject to a 50% restock fee.

  • Dress must not have been worn, washed, altered or changed in any way otherwise a 50% restocking fee will be issued.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not returnable.

FINE PRINT

Online Merchandise credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise and cannot be used towards shipping costs. Merchandise credits are not redeemable in cash. Refunds/ Online Merchandise credits will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of return. US Domestic customer is responsible for all shipping/ handling charges to be shipped back to White Iris via FEDEX or UPS. International customers are responsible for all shipping, tax and duties costs. Any returns on orders using promo codes will void promo code.

IN STORE RETURNS

When purchasing merchandise from our physical store location our Return Policy is as follows:

WI do not accept Returns, allow exchanges, offer store credits or issue refunds of any kind. Due to the Seasonality and delicate nature of our merchandise All Sales are Final. All Sales are Final includes but, not limited to dresses, jewelry, undergarments, footwear and sale items.

PROCESSING TIMES

WI strive to process and ship all of our orders as soon as possible in a first come first serve order. Due to the delicate nature of our products, processing times will vary based on each individual order placed. For example, items not in stock at our physical store but, can be ordered from our manufacturers may require additional processing time. It is important to provide an accurate “Event/ Wear Date” at the time of purchase. Items listed in “SALE” categories are clearance items from our store location. Many “SALE” items have been tried on and the condition of these sale dresses can vary from Brand New to visibly worn. Sale items are available online and in store and sold “As Is” and non-returnable.
